Do I need another Firewall

If I have a windows firewall on, do I need another firewall like
Zonealarm?

Since Windows XP is monitoring only incoming traffic I usually employ a 3rd
party Firewall that monitor both in and out traffic.

The windows firewall is OK and provides basic incoming protection but does
nothing for outgoing protection, as in responding to malwares etc..

ZoneAlarm is a very good product, and even their free version is much better
and more user friendly than the windows firewall.
