Zone Alarm and Internet connectivity

Hi

This is a general observation and has nothing to do with
advertising/defaming any organization(s). All comments are just a personal
observation.

I am using Windows XP Professional with SP2. I have always used ZoneAlarm
firewall in the past. However this time I did not have such pleasent
expirences. The ZoneAlarm firewall causes my internet connection to go
offline after every 2 minutes. (Dont know why). As a temporary solution I
have disabled it and am using the Windows Firewall and Windows Defender. I am
trying to find out a way to use my trusted firewall (i.e., ZoneAlarm) back.
In case I get some positive signs I will post back. In case you have some
suggestions please do write back.

Zonealarm has the option to shut off internet access after a specified amount
of time, make sure that is not enabled.
