Do I need another antivirus?

I just downloaded the microsoft spyware. Would it be
useful to add Norton or the like to my system? or should
Mcrsft Spyware take care of it? Thanks

Yes. I would strongly recommend having a comptetent antivirus application
in addition to antispyware protection.
