do i get a worm?

I am writing this from work. My home computer seems to
have picked up a worm and I'm not sure what to do. It runs
Windows XP. Two days ago it started shutting down on me
with a warning and a countdown timer of 60 seconds. Is
this the lsass worm? How do I get rid of it? The computer
shuts down so fast I don't think i can even go online to
get a patch. What should I do? If possible, please respond

Apparently, your PC has suffered a major security breech and is now
infected with malware (i.e. "a viral worm") because:

1. The latest Windows XP Critical Updates have not been installed......
2. The PC's firewall has not been properly enabled.....
