DNSRES~1.EXE has encountered a problem

I now regularly get an error:
DNSRES~1.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for
the inconvenience.


Any ideas what this is about and how to remedy?

Thanks. I did that and it found quite a number of suspect files and 1
suspect registry key (I had hoped that SpyBot and SpywareBlaster was taking
care of those issues).

Still getting the error though. Any additional thoughts?

I ran it and found numerous files and a registry key (had hoped that SpyBot
and Spyware Blaster would take care of things). However, I'm still running
into the same problem with this error.

Any further suggestions?
