DNS server message

when a connection fails, a page pops up saying dns error etc. Is there a way
to change that to a blank page?
 
there's no problem, I just don't like the page with all those instructions,
so I thought there may be a way to have a blank page pop-up without all
those instructions.

Have you contacted your ISP to see if they have a problem?

If you have that error message - there is isn't any way to change the page. You will have to live with it, like the rest of us.
