Hi all,
I am having a wierd problem. The dns server on my AD DC
gets set to disabled upon reboot. I have to end up
logging onto the box and enabling the service and starting
it. Once I do that it is fine until the next reboot.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

I've never seen that one, but you always can take write
access permissions on the DNS Server registry key using
regedt32.

I posted a response to this on the 5th I see it has not posted yet.

Have you checked the local policy on this DC or for that fact check the
domain, domain controller policy, and the Group policy in ADUC.

WOW!
hrm..hrm...hrm...
Something seems very messed up here. The DC tells me
that I don't have access to the group policy. Seems like
I might have a bigger problem at hand.
