DNS problem

I'm having some problems with my DNS server. I have been
told that it is a problem in my reverse DNS zone. We have
been trying to email certain domains and we get refuse
mail back because they do reverse lookups. The message
that I get from the server is 550 5.7.1 Mail Refused -in-
addr.arpa - Fix_Your_Reverse_DNS. I have a class C
subnetted IP or /27 address. Can anybody help me with
setting up this reverse zone on my DNS server..... Thanks

Since the IP block belongs to your ISP, you will need to ask them to either
create a reverse PTR entry for your mail server, or if they allow it,
delegate the /27 zone to your DNS server.
