DNS prob proxy

I have 2 computer

both with winxp pro sp1.
Main one with Dial up and the seccond one use the main to
share the dial up. (Proxy server)

Since I installed "TuneUp Utilities 2004" and make it
tune up, optimize the performance of the network wizzard
in both computer.

My second computer cannot resolve some DNS, for example,
can connet to MSN and yahoo, but not to altavista, or
download.com

I try System restore in both computer, it doesnt work.
Try reseting IE setting.
Try reinstalling a dirty windows in second computer
doesnt work either.

Try deleteing the Dial up connecion, an recreate it, then
home networking connection wizard. still prob.

Now i can see both computer, The second one does not see
the dial up connection, but can connect it.
the main can access everything perfect, but the second
still cannot access a lot of website.
