DNS Message on all Limited Accounts

Can Limited Accounts us IE with SP2? After installing it,
none of the Limited Accounts on my computer can access
websites. Any advice? Can this be changed?

Guest accounts, which is very limited, works fine. If you are locking down
the file system or the registry, you may locked some area down that is now a
requirement for SP2.

More info is needed on the term "limited".
