dns error

everytime i try i open a new website, for the first time
the dns error page comes & i have to refresh the page.
but then it works fine. could anybody help me with this.

thanks for replying Jan but still it's not working. i
don't know what's the problem. i even tried installing
internet explorer again too. still i need to refresh the
page for first time to opne any website.

Ever figure this out? I'm having the exact same problem. I've also tried
all of the things listed here but it does not help.
