DNS error/can't find

I downloaded and installed ie6 this morning. Since then,
I can not get on to Yahoo.com I keep getting DNS
error/can't find server whenever I type in the address. I
did a ping, a tracert, Of course the site is legit... I
spent 5 hours with my ISP online chat and they say it's a
browser problem. Any ideas PLEASE? Help!

Hi Karen,

Do you have any hardware or software firewall? If yes, is
it configured properly? Then, check your browser's
connection settings.

BTW, I am using win 98 if this makes any difference, and
att is my isp
