DllRegisterServer sqloledb.dll failed. Return code :0x80004005

The original Sqloledb.dll file in my system is deleted and couldn't retrive it. Now I am trying to copy sqloledb.dll file from another system and register with regsvr32. But I get the DllRegisterServer sqloledb.dll failed. Return code :0x80004005.

Pls suggest!!
