Dll Host.exe using high CPU

whenever another computer is connected to mine over a
network this dllhost.exe file takes up all the CPU and
causes my computer to go really slow and interupts the
mouse and sound.

Does any one have a reason or a solution to this problem?

The MSBlast/Lovsan virus deposited a file called dllhost.exe
Scan your hard drive for viruses with the most recent DAT file.....
