The missing "mscore.dll" file is not missing. Nor is there a problem
with Windows XP or Norton's Win Doctor. All you have to do is go
to Windows Update and download the update called ".NET Framework".
Once you have restarted your computer, check for Windows problems
using the Norton Win Doctor and it should be fixed.

After installation, I'm sure you'll have another question:
What is the ASP.NET Machine Account?

| Does anyone happen to know what program the dll file MSCOREE.DLL belongs to,
| as I keep getting a report that it is missing.
|
| If I can find out what it belongs to, I can reinstall that program.
|
| Many thanks
