Is there anywhere else on Outlook where you can set your emails to go to
another address other than out of office assistant and email accounts?

We have an outlook account being forwarded and we want to change the address
it is being forwarded to but are unable to find the rule?

Any ideas?

Are you using Exchange server? I ask because you mentioned Out of Office
(which doesn't work unless you have Exchange). It's most likely that the
forwarding is happening at the server level, if you can't find anything in
an Outlook rule anywhere. If so, talk to whomever runs the server.

Is this in an environment with Microsoft Exchange? If so it is likely being
done in Exchange/Active Directory. Contact your mail administrator to make
the change.
