Distribution List

I have an e-mail distribution list and my boss has the
same distribution list. At times she adds or deletes
names from the list. Is it possible to do the
following? - She can e-mail her distribution list to me
and I can import or over write it to my list. Instead of
comparing lists and changing mine manually.

Don't even try to import a DL. They do not survive.
Whenever the DL changes, have her email you the new DL as an Outlook Item in
an RTF message. Delete your local copy. Open and save the new one.
