Distribution list

I am emailing out to a distribution list that has 16
members. I do not want all 16 members to see who they are.
When the "To:" line is viewed you see who the members are.
Is there a way that the reciever of the email only sees
their name?

In Outlook click on TO: and that brings up a "Select
Names" popup, find the folder with your distribution list
and elect the distribution list and place it in the .bcc
area when you select. BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy.
