distribution list that is ALWAYS BCC

We have a distribution list that many of us use... problem is, other people
keep forgetting to BCC the list. Is there any way to permanently make this
list automatically e-mail in the BCC category???? I haven't found a way yet
- hoping one of you may know :0) Thanks!

No. The sending field is not a property of the DL.

You can create a mailbox and setup the information store to copy every
message into that mailbox.

In System Manager open the Servers -> Server Name - First Storage Group.
Right click on your information store and on the General tab check the box
for Archiving all messages and choose the BCc address.

If everyone is supposed to BCc all the time this will do it for you, plus I
am sure this will be even better for you because you will now get the inboun
messages as well.
