distribution list limits

Hello,

What are the limits for Outlook 07 distribuion list?
I created one and went to populate and it did not populate with all email
address in my contacts? and some of the contacts showed the phone number
where the email address should be in the list? Am I doing something wrong?
Also the list I want to create is about 450 emails.

if you right click on the phone number and go properties, does it show an
email address? the phone number could have gotten into the name or display
name field.

And what you have to worry about is how many recipients your email server
will let through. There's no way an email with 450 addresses is going
anywhere. You will have to do that with a mail merge.
