Distributing printer drivers

I have running a windows 2003 Server as a printserver. Is
there a possibility to install the printer drivers
automatically on the clients via group policy or must I
use Prnadmin.dll from the resource kit?

You don't have to.
If the Windows 2003 is a printer server and all clients use a single spooler
