Distribute Calendar Group Schedules ?

Is there a way to distribute Group Schedules? Group schedules provide an
excellent way to view resource calendars, but each user apparently has to
create his own. I would like to distribute them to multiple users.

Not that I know of - Group Schedules are per user account AFAIK.
