distorted sound

someone help. i recently installed windows xp
professional and now my audio is not working as it
should. it runs with N videa drivers

Nvidia don't make sound card (I don't think). I think your PCI clock speed is
too fast, you might want to slow it down to see if the distorsion will go away.
It works for me though
