Digital Image Pro 9 should display your images in the
proper orientation and aspect ratio. Your description
sounds like a Portrait image has been stretched to fit
a Landscape blank.
Do the images appear this way when first opened or
after editing?
Do these same images display properly in Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer?
Are your video drivers the most current available from
the manufacturer of your video card? Is your computer
fully updated from the Microsoft Windows Update site?
