Distorted Music

Any song I play on any Player sounds like its being played underwater, I
suspect it’s some kind of karaoke mode. It just happened overnight, without
me knowing changing any sound settings. I have been trying to change the
sound settings on my sound card and each player, but nothing is happening.
Please help as I can play my music!

Start/Control Panel/Sounds and Audio.../Audio tab/Advanced button/
Performance tab/click Restore Defaults under Audio Playback

there is also other probability that you should have enabled some sound
effects such as underwater effects in the sound cards mixer ( that is the
software that has installed along with sound card installation for
controlling volume )
