Dissappearing menus in user profile

I have a strange problem I have never before encountered.
I have a user on my network, and every so often when she is logged on, ALL
her windows shortcuts and menus just dissappear in front of our eyes. All
that is left when you click on Start>Programs is the Accessories and Startup
folders. I was a sceptic until it actually happened while I watched.
Having run thorough virus checks etc, one thing I can be certain of is that
it isn't the result of a virus or trojan.

Can anyone offer any help?

Hi,
Does this happen with other Profiles on the same machine?.
It may be a corrupted user profile you are experiencing for that account.

It doesn't seem to happen with other users, but i have reset the profile, and
it still happens.

If it doesn't happen with other Profiles even with the same Privileges I will
look for Creating a new Profile and copy the Data from the Old one and Delete
after making sure the data were successfully copied to the new profile.
