Dissappearing attachments

When I send attachments to recipients in Outlook 2000, the user gets my email.. but without the attachment. This is happening with many people, so it is obviously on my end. ANyone know how to fix it?

What mail format are you using? Make sure it is set to HTML or Plain Text.
You can verify this in Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format. See
http://www.sparnaaij.net/faq/richtext.htm for more info in case it is set to
Rich Text.

Are you in a corporate environment? Make sure it is not a policy to drop
attachments. Contact your administrator to verify this. Also; does this
happen to everyone? Try sending a message with an attachment to yourself and
see if you still receive the attachment.
