displays "java virtual memory can,t be loaded"

hi!
i am working with Windows XP professional and when ever i
want to run britannica cd it displays the message "java
virtual memory can<t be loaded",please help...

Did you install WinXP Service Pack 1? It includes java support.

Hi,

SP1 (the original release) includes java, SP1a does not due to court order.
SP1 has not been available for quite some time.
