Displaying Folder Details

When I open a folder, there are 3 items that display on the left side of the
window.
File & Folder Tasks
Other Places
Details
In the Details section, only the folder name and date modified display.
How can I get the Details to also display the number if files in the folder
and the folder size?

I think I know what you mean.
In Windows Explorer, click on View menu
Select Status Bar.

Mike, I greatly appreciate your help. Although the number of files and
folder size doesn't display in the Details section, that info does now
display at the bottom of the window and does solve my problem.

One way to get that information is to right click the folder of interest and
when the submenu pops up select "Properties from the list.
