Hi, i was wondering how i can display file extensions in
windows xp.. for example if i have an exe file, at the
moment it says the name (eg. Setup), i want it to say
Setup.exe. How is this possible?
Cheers

Windows Explorer -> Tools -> folder options -> View -> uncheck 'hide
extensions for known file types'

Open any folder/windows in explorer, then click on Tools, Folder Options, then the View tab. In the scroll down window, uncheck the box "Hide extensions for known file types", click Apply and OK as needed.
