displaying email header

P

Phil Roettcher

re Otulook 2000. I have two computers that access my
Outlook/Exchange account. When I view my email on one
computer it shows the email header From:, To:, Subject:
CC: in a grey header area between the list of email on top
and the text of the emails on the bottom. On my other
email account this header information is missing. I want
it to see if I'm a bcc or the true adressee. I've tried
numerous View option to turn on this header but nothing
seems to work. I can easily turn it off by right clicking
on the header and unchecking header information but how do
I turn it back on? Nothing mentioned in knowledgeabse.
TIA
Phil

Try double-clicking the line between the message list and the Preview Pane
and see if the header reappears. You should also be able to reenable it via
Tools | Options | Other | Preview Pane (I may be wrong about that because
it's been a while since I've used Outlook 2000).
