displaying computer name during power on

How do i display the computer name on the welcome page during power up? i
own a Dell laptop and Dell's version of XP and I noticed that if I let the
sleep mode come on, the login welcome screen has the computer name displayed
in the lower right corner of the page right over the Turn Off Computer. I
would like to have this displayed every time the welcome screen comes on,
anyone know how to do that??

Hi Kelly, thanks for responding but you didnt answer my real question, maybe
i didnt describe my request correctly. i have assigned the computer name and
description. HOwever, it doesnt show on the power up welcome screen but it
does show up only after the computer has been put into standby mode ie
closing the screen. i would like the description to display when the initial
power on welcome screen comes on. Got any ideas?? why would it only show
after stnadby and not on power up??? any help is appreciated.
