In trying to fix another problem, I managed to disable my
display----- I was in Control
panel/displays/settings/advanced/adapter/properties- then
under "device usage" I chose "do not use this device -
disable" - ever since then when I boot up surprise
surprise my monitor does not come up.... anyone out there
have an idea how to get my monitor back??????

Can you start up in safe mode and re-enable it?
