Display

I'm having difficulty with a specific site but this has happened before. It
is a second window that opens to an interactive questionnaire (I think it is
Flash) and the display is bigger than my screen so I can't see the whole page
but I can't get a scroll bar to activate, no matter if I minimize or maximize
the window. However, if I view it at work, I can see the whole page.
Clearly it is the settings on my computer, but I don't know what I should do
to rectify it. Any suggestions?

Could be a difference in screen resolution (set in Display Properties.)
Keystrokes: Win-D Menu,r Ctrl-Backtab Alt-S

BTW in order to try to get scrollbars on popup windows
I would try Ctrl-N to clone the window but that often gives
the cloned window more control than the original one had.
