Display Tracked Changes

Mike

I have a document (proposal) that has changed
several..many..ALOT. I want to send it out without any
tracked changes on it. If I open the document in different
versions, I get different things. It was created in 02. I
have opened it in 02/XP and can see the tracked changes,
but and it prints fine. When I open it in 03 and print the
first page, I get a pricing list that was deleted long
ago, and definitely don't want shown to the end receivers.
I have gone into security and checked don't display
personal info. I have gone to Show and unchecked
everything except Final. I have gone to reviewers under
show and unchecked everyone. I save the file as a
different name. I open the file, change the review to
final showing markup and all the changes are there.

I really want a final "clean" copy to send to the end
reviewer and not have to worry that they'll see something
I don't want them to see.

Am I missing a setting, or a web page that discusses this?

Thanks for your help,

Mike
