display size

I have a split screen web page but the first page is so
large only half of it shows on the screen and so you must
scroll from side to side to view the whole page. How can
I make it smaller so that the entire page is viewable
without the need to scoll. I have include the link so you
may have a visual and hopefully understand my question.

Try changing the width setting of the div from this: <DIV align=center style="width: 1070
to this<DIV align=center style="width: "100%"
