The Navigation Buttons down the left side of my web pages (there are 12 or 14
of them) appear as one column when I'm working on the page, but split into
two columns when they appear on the web...... This takes up so much space
that the user can't see the content on the right side of the page without
scrolling.....how can I confine those buttons to one column? Thanks! (I'm
using Front Page '98)

You would have to modify the theme/images, then save the theme under a new name, remove the current
theme, then apply your new modified theme.

Have you inserted the buttons as a Vertical navigation bar, or as a
horizontal bar?
The vertical bar will always be a single column, the horizontal bar
will use whatever space it can find to display across the page. The
design view in FrontPage (any version) is not the same as using a
browser.
