Display properties when right clicking mouse

Hello! My computer crashed and all my settings were lost. I am unable to
get all the display properties (appearance, themes, etc.) when I right click
my mouse. How do I reset this function? Thank you so much and God bless!

You need to be more specific. What exactly is displayed when right
clicking a blank area of the desktop and selecting properties?

Previously when I right clicked, all appearance and theme items would come up
when I clicked on properties. Now only one item will come up and I have to
go to the control panel to access the other items.
