Display Properties - Classic View Only

Hi,
In Display>Properties I no longer have the option of anything other than
"classic view" when trying to change the appearance via "themes" or
"appearance". .
How can I get the original " XP theme" option back ?. Any help greatly
appreciated.

Hi,

Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
Double-click "Themes" and set its Startup type to "Automatic"
Click "Start" to start the service.
