Display properties advanced settings tabs not all present in pro

Hello - Looks like XP Pro will restrict a normal user from accessing all the
tabs for the Advanced Button for the Display Properties. A user in the
administrators group can have access to vendor specific video tabs, but
normal user can not. Was not the case in W2K Pro.

Has anyone discovered a way to give a user rights to advanced display
settings without being a member of the administrators group? I've seen this
on more than one manufacures video driver.
