Display problem

I have a green haze colour appearing on my screen now constantly. I have
tried changing the display settings and rebooting but the hazey colour
remains. The green haze is making everything unclear and even when i open
other programs like say Word the hazey colour is there.

Any ideas?

Try a different monitor. Still hazy?

if another monitor doesn't work, try a new video card.
