display problem

I just bought my computer yesterday and everything was fine. However, when I
turned it on today, everything was really really small. All the text. I've
messed with the display settings and while some things went back to normal,
the majority of stuff stays really small. Also, there's a horizontal line
that goes down the front of the monitor, like when the tracking on a vcr is
messed up. Is there something wrong with the monitor? What's happening????
Any help is apprciated.

If you just bought it take it back to the store to sort out.

You mess it up any more and they'll blame you and drop their responsibility!
