display of messages

Transferred files from old profile to new system. Able to use mail. Have
McAfee SpamKiller, McAfee Enterprise VirusScan, McAfee Spyware and McAfee
Security Center. Can email messages out and shows some received. However,
it is not showing all email messages. Called server and says 10 email
messages downloaded today but none show up on system. Have checked old pc
and all McAfee products plus Microsoft Firewall without anything being
blocked. Where did messages go?
 
Have you checked your Inbox view settings to make sure nothing's being
filtered? Do you have any rules set up to move incoming messages to other
folders? Do an Advanced Find and see if you can find the missing ones.

What about Advanced Find -- did you run it to see if you could find the
missing messages?

Advanced find did not find anything
 
Even though the McAfee addins were working fine on your old system, I would
try temporarily disabling them all and see if you can get your mail...and if
so, enable each McAfee component one by one until you find out which one is
causing the problem.
