Also, take a look at ADModify from a couple of guys at
Microsoft. It will allow you to change the existing
users. All you do is check on a little box ( Last Name,
First Name - as in your case - First Name Last Name ).
I think that the link that Jason provided you is to change
all user accounts that you create from this point forward
( but I did not look at the link - it just looks like what
I remember that to be ).
