That might not be the a good post title - here's what I'm trying to do: I've
created a query from three tables (customer, rep, comment) which has
multiple comment records for each of several hundred customers. As it
stands now, in the query, and in a derived report, a customer is listed as
many times as there is a comment for him:
John Q. Public address rep comment1
John Q. Public address rep comment2
John Q. Public address rep comment3
I'd like each customer to be listed once with all his comments appearing
in one field:
John Q. Public address rep comment1comment2comment3
I hope that what I want to accomplish is clear. How can I do this
(results in the report are more important than in the query).
