display more pages in Outlook 2007

I created a new form from standard Message class. I set it to display
second page named P.2, and published the form to Organizational Forms Library
(Exchange 2003).

I open the form in Outlook 2003 and I can see the two tab pages. After that
I go to another machine running Vista x64 with Outlook 2007. I open the form
and I see only the first default page. The P.2 page disappeared.

How can I show this page also in Outlook 2007? Or version of form in 2003 is
not compatible with 2007?

Thanks,
d.a.

You didn't check the "Send form definition with item" box on the (Properties) page in the form design, did you? If so, uncheck, increment the version number, and republish.

Thank you for help, but it did not help me. This check box was unchecked.
I have never sent the form definition. I forgot to mention that I had made
this form long long time ago in Outlook 2003 and it works perfectly till
this time.
And now I try the Outlook 2007 and the result is known.

Thanks,
d.a.

Have you checked for one-off symptoms? Look at the Size and Message Class fields. Message Class should give the published class for your form, IPM.Note.Something. Size should be similar to the average size of a message using the standard form.
