Display Members of a Group in TO Line

I am using Office 2002. I am looking for a way to change the display on the
TO line automatically from a group name to the actual names of the members of
the group. The distribution list was created on our Exchange Service, and
all of the members' names are contained in the GAL.

Is there a way to do this?

outlook 2002 doesn't support expanding the dl. (ol2003 does)
