Display Login Message

I currently have setup a message to display on login in Group Policy, Local
settings, security options. This policy is " Message Text for users
attempting to login". I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the font
and maybe attach a picture to the login message. At the moment it only lets
me edit it in one format.
Any help would be great!

You can change the background. See tip 0029 » Displaying Your Company Logo (or other bitmap) during logon.
in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com

You cannot use any font changes. You can effect spacing. See tip 2313 » How do I control new lines in the Windows 2000 LegalNoticeText?
and the link chain.
