I have a client that is wanting to have some dynamic text appear on the page
from a database. But they want it in an unsual font (not one of the 5 or so
that IE works with). Are there any solutions to this? What would they be.

Thanx

It is really better to use a web font, although it is possible to embed the
font into the web page which is subsequently downloaded for use.

Microsoft's Web Embedding Fonts Tool "WEFT" allows web designers to create
'font objects' that are linked to web pages they produce. When an end user
views a web page with Internet Explorer the font objects are automatically
transmitted to the end user's computer so they see the web page in the
desired font style. For more information on Microsoft WEFT visit:
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/web/embedding/weft3/

Hope this helps.
