Display Database Window

I unchecked the "Display Database Window" as a startup option so that it
does not display.

How can I get the window to display when I am debugging my program?

IOW, it should normally not display but sometimes I need to fix something in
the database and I need to temporarily make it visible.

Right now the only way I can make it visible is to check the "Display
Database Window" startup option, close the database and then reopen it.

Is there an easier way?
